Scoring for Multiple Players (One Phone)

Time needed: 2–3 minutes to set up

Running the card for the whole group? This guide shows the quickest way to add players, switch between them, and keep everyone’s scores accurate. Works for Stableford, medal, and match play.

Before You Start

Step 1: Open Multi‑Player Scoring

From the home screen, choose your course and toggle Multi‑Player. Then tap Continue.

Step 2: Add Players to the Roster

Tap Add Player to select a name (or add a new one). Confirm each player’s handicap and tee. Repeat until your whole group is listed.

💡 Tip: You can reorder players (drag), edit details, or remove a player at any time before finishing.

Step 3: Set Group / Tee Time

Enter your group label (e.g., “9:22 Baz C”). This is saved to help your mates find the right round later.

Enter group or tee time name

Step 4: Start Scoring — One Hole, Many Players

The hole view shows the current hole and your player strip along the top. The active player is highlighted. Enter their gross score, then tap the next player chip or use the Next ▶ control.

💡 Pro tip: On narrow screens, the roster can scroll sideways. Keep the current player centred to go faster.

Step 5: Review & Finish

When all holes are entered for a player, tap ✅ Finish Round on their card to submit. When everyone’s complete, tap Finish All to push the lot to the leaderboard.

Save Drafts & Resume Later

Use Save Draft if you need to pause. Your device keeps the in‑progress scores safely; reopen the round to carry on.

Using Caddy Mode

If you prefer a cleaner screen, turn on Caddy Mode: it focuses on the current hole with GPS (front/middle/back) and quick score entry. Switch the active player from the top strip as usual.
